How are the subsidies distributed?

What kind of community trust is it that needs to get into the industrial wind turbine business to raise money?

I am used to local trusts having coffee mornings and jumble sales.

Is Banff and Macduff Community Trust not happy having just been gifted a £35,000 grant to pursue its ventures?

The individuals (trust board members

landowners, etc) involved in this venture need to publicly declare their interests and explain exactly how any subsidies paid out are distributed.
