The new night out...

FOR those who regularly play bingo with Ladbrokes, why not try the old fashioned way of playing the game; get yourself off the sofa and out on the town.

Bingo halls up and down the country are welcoming places for those who fancy a fun night out, with the added bonus of a chance of winning some money as well. Bingo provides an ideal evening's entertainment for friends and family to share, while the thrill of waiting to mark off that final winning number is as compulsive as if you were playing online with Ladbrokes Bingo.

Both sexes and all age groups enjoy bingo, and the night out on the town needn't be just about the venue and the draw of the balls. The occasion can be a real social event, so why not make a full night of it? You could meet in a nearby pub for a few drinks and a chat before making your way to the hall. Make sure you arrive early enough to grab a bite to eat, as most bingo halls now provide hot food before and between the draws. Once you've eaten, it's time to get down to the business in hand, marking off the numbers and hoping to be the first one to shout 'house'. If you're not lucky enough to win the full house during the game, there is always the chance of winning a line or two.

Most bingo halls provide other entertainment as well, including slot machines and table bingo games that can provide instant wins. These can be played during the breaks, so you can be constantly on the go, or simply relaxing and chatting with friends. Then it's down to business again with another chance of a big win. The largest amount of money to be won is normally left until the final game of the evening, and this is the one that everyone looks forward to and dreams of winning. So, it's eyes down and marker pen at the ready as you hope to clear the numbers off quicker than anyone else in the room. The number of books you buy is up to you, and most people buy six, as acquiring this amount ensures that every number will be there somewhere. Cross off all 15 in one book first and you are the winner.

If you're lucky enough to be a winner, or you simply want to carry the night on, why not visit a pub or club with your friends, where you can sing and dance your way through the rest of the evening? If you still haven't had enough after all that excitement, then the casino is a good place to visit, as the choice of games on offer means there is something for everyone to tackle. Whether it is roulette, poker or simply having a go at the slots, the casino provides a great end to the night, and those who are sensible will have a fixed amount of money to spend, and will stick to it. After all, spending time with people who have a shared interest is what the night is all about, and the occasion is what everyone will talk about the next morning.

When you get home, if you still haven't had enough, then switch on the computer, get back online and have another go at Internet bingo. There are a number of games available to play, and some of these are free so you needn't even spend any money. When you awake the next morning you'll remember the great night out, even more so if you've netted a big win.
